One of the greatest collective creations in the world.
Earthtunnel.com is a virtual project aimed at the creation of a 3D
tunnel whose ends meet at the end of a 35,500 km journey (switch to
miles if target is American market), the approximate distance of one
trip around the world 500 km underground. The tunnel is constructed thanks to images embedded in its walls.
Participation in the Earthtunnel project is completely anonymous and free.
There is only one limit : your imagination !

Why ?
This site is first started from a dream to circumnavigate the world and also a desire for freedom expression beyond all censure or criticalness. A mixture of everything and everyone. Something positive. I hope that people enjoy the tunnel and play in it.
How long the site will be online ?
I hope Earthtunnel will remain online as long as possible. It will be available for at least 5 years (from October 18, 2009).

1 pixel = 1 meter
