Earthtunnel operates under a set of rules and regulations which every participant is expected to follow. Anyone who disobeys the rules henceforth set will have their image removed immediately.
Earthtunnel is an open site, accepting of free expression. All political opinions and artistic expressions are welcome and can be displayed provided they abide by the following rules and regulations:
It is strictly forbidden to post images or representations of minors of a sexual, graphic, or pornographic nature. Material that is considered unsuitable for minors, degrading, discriminatory, abusive, insulting, pornographic, or include any hyperlinks leading to sites or blogs containing such materials are forebidden. Any posts of this nature will be immediately deleted and the proper authorities will be alerted.
All participants are expected to hold the rights to any images that they post on the Earthtunnel site. Any material that is posted without such rights will be stricken immediately from the site.
In accepting the aforementioned rules and regulations, each participant yields the rights of their posted materials (photographs, drawings, images, texts, etc.) to Earthtunnel. Earthtunnel, therefore, has the right to use any material for profit-making purposes at its discretion. However, Earthtunnel will accept, under certain circumstances and with expressed request of the author, the removal of posted objects. In such an event, the space relinquished by the removal will be offered to a new participant.
